Privacy Policy

• Contact details — your name, phone number and, for deliveries, your address, given to us when you place or collect an order.
• Order history — the medicines and products you bought, dates and amounts, from our billing records.
• Prescriptions — if you send us a prescription (for example on WhatsApp) so we can fill an order. This is health-related information and we treat it as sensitive.
• WhatsApp messages — messages you send us, and a record of the messages we send you and whether they were delivered or read.
• Website basics — standard technical data such as your browser and a language preference cookie. Our website does not identify you from your IP address.

We take your phone number only from a real transaction or from you directly subscribing to our WhatsApp updates. We do not buy or import phone number lists.

• To fill, deliver and keep track of your orders and prescriptions.
• To send order updates on WhatsApp, such as order confirmed, out for delivery, or ready for pickup.
• To send refill reminders and, only if you have agreed, occasional offers from the pharmacy.
• To answer your questions and keep our records accurate.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta) to message you. Order updates relate to a purchase you made. Refill reminders and offers are sent only to customers who have opted in. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by telling us at the store or on the contact details below. After you opt out we stop messaging you.

Only with service providers that help us run the pharmacy and only for that purpose: Cloudflare (which delivers this website over its worldwide network), Neon (our database provider; the public medicine database is held in Singapore and our customer records in the United States), Meta (WhatsApp delivery of the messages above), and our delivery staff for the address needed to reach you. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example to a regulator or court.

Customer records sit behind staff logins with role-based access, the website is served over HTTPS, and database backups are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit who can see your data to staff who need it for their work.

We keep order and prescription records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet pharmacy record-keeping and tax obligations. When a record is no longer needed for either purpose, we delete it or remove what identifies you. If you ask us to erase your information, we will do so unless the law requires us to retain it.

Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal information of yours we hold and how it is used;
• correct or update inaccurate information;
• erase your information, subject to legal retention requirements;
• withdraw your consent, including to WhatsApp messages;
• respond to a complaint. If we have not resolved it, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Our services are meant for adults. If medicines are bought for a child, we expect a parent or guardian to place the order and give the details.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
